How to Request Data Deletion

If you would like to delete your personal data from PEwise, you can do so by contacting us directly. We will process your request within 30 days of receiving it.

Option 1: Email Us

Send an email to support@pewise.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.

Option 2: Through Facebook/Meta

If you signed up using Facebook, you can request data deletion directly through your Facebook account settings. Go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, find PEwise, and click Remove. This will automatically trigger a data deletion request.

What Data We Store

• Your name and email address (from your login provider)
• Course enrollment and progress data
• Quiz and practice exam attempt history
• Payment transaction records (managed by Stripe)

What Happens When You Request Deletion

• Your account and personal information will be permanently deleted
• Your course progress and quiz history will be removed
• Payment records may be retained as required by law for accounting purposes
• The deletion process will be completed within 30 days
