Eligibility

You can request a full refund if ALL of the following conditions are met:

  • Within 14 days: Request submitted within 14 days of purchase date
  • Less than 25% completed: You have completed less than 25% of the course content (approximately 67 lessons)
  • No violations: Your account is in good standing with no policy violations

How to Request a Refund

Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within:

  • Processing: 1-2 business days
  • Bank/Card Credit: 5-10 business days (depends on your financial institution)

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Refund Exclusions

Refunds are NOT available in the following situations:

  • After 14 days: More than 14 days have passed since purchase
  • Over 25% completed: You have completed 25% or more of the course content
  • Previous refund received: If you have already received a refund for this course in the past and purchased again, you are NOT eligible for another refund. We offer ONE refund per customer per course, regardless of the reason for repurchase.
  • Policy violations: Your account has been suspended or terminated for:
    • Sharing, recording, or distributing course content
    • Copyright infringement
    • Account sharing or fraudulent activity
    • Violation of Terms and Conditions
  • Already claimed Pass Guarantee: You've already received a free retake

Q: What if I'm at 24% completion on day 13?

A: You're eligible for a refund! As long as you're under 25% and within 14 days, you qualify.

Q: Can I get a refund if I fail the exam?

A: No, but you get something better! You receive 3 more months of free access under our Pass Guarantee. This is more valuable than a refund because you can study again and retake the exam.

Q: What counts toward the 25% completion?

A: Completion is tracked by lessons and topics marked as complete. With 270+ lessons total, 25% equals approximately 67 lessons completed.

Q: Do I need to return anything for a refund?

A: No physical materials to return. Your course access will be revoked once the refund is processed.

Q: How do I know if I qualify for the Pass Guarantee?

A: If you've watched all core lessons and have your NCEES exam results showing you didn't pass, you qualify! Just email us with your results.

Q: What if I got a refund before and want to buy the course again?

A: You can repurchase the course, but you will NOT be eligible for another refund. We allow ONE refund per customer per course. If you've already received a refund previously and decide to buy again, that purchase is final.
